Join our FAMILY PARTIES

Looking to foster a love of the Catholic Faith in your children?

This isn’t your typical Catechism class!

Our Family Parties are the place to learn more about the faith while having tons of fun!  Join us after the 12:10 PM Mass on the specified Sundays for games, crafts, and family activities inspired by the liturgical season.

Your kids might even leave saying, “Mom, I LOVE church!” (actual words from one of young attendees)

Parties run from approximately 1:15-3:00 pm.  Pizza Lunch is provided unless otherwise specified.  Please RSVP by the FRIDAY before each party date:  familyministry@stpatrickstoronto.ca

Children’s Liturgy of the Word

Join us each Sunday at the 12:10 PM Mass for Children’s Liturgy of the Word. Children who are in elementary school are invited to participate. The program runs from September 11 to June 2017, excluding school holidays.

Children will be invited by the priest to come forward for a blessing at the beginning of the Liturgy of the Word, and then will go to the Church basement for Children’s Liturgy. Children return upstairs following the Prayers of the Faithful.

Parents are invited to participate with their child the first time so leaders can meet the parents, and may continue to come with their child if their child if their child needs extra encouragement.

We welcome Parents to also participate in the program as Chaperones and Catechists. Training and support is provided for Catechists.

For more information about the program or to learn how you can become involved, please contact Karen Keays, familyministry@stpatrickstoronto.ca
