Please pick up your offertory envelopes for 2017. If you used envelopes last year there will be a box for you with the same number. Please check the table even if you think you don’t have a box. The boxes will be available until January 29 then they will be removed from the Church. The donation boxes are listed in last & first names & box numbers only. An evening for Engaged and Married Couples!
A night to rekindle, enliven, and celebrate each other! We invite engaged and married couples for a candlelit, intimate and reflective evening of good food and wine. Friday February 10, beginning at 6:00 PM in St. Patrick’s Parish Hall 139 McCaul Street. Tickets are $70.00 per couple and are available for purchase from the Parish Office from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. There is limited space available for this event, so you are encouraged to book and purchase your ticket early. Ticket sales will close when event is full, or by February 1st. World Day Prayer – Consecrated Life
On Thursday, February 2nd, the Church celebrates the World Day for Consecrated Life
In the Archdiocese of Toronto we are blessed to have living and serving among us more than 900 religious men and women of 100 different religious congregations. This World Day of Consecrated Life is a wonderful opportunity for us to thank God for the gifts of these religious sisters, brothers and priests and to pray for God’s blessing upon them in their efforts to faithfully live the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity and obedience.
Bishop Wayne Kirkpatrick will preside at a special Mass on Sunday January 29 at 3:00pm at St. Paul’s Basilica, Toronto in celebration of the vocation and witness of these special men and women religious who are such vital and important part of our life and ministry of the Church in our Archdiocese. All are welcome to attend.

NEW PARISH WEBSITE
The Archdiocese has been working to integrate all the Parish Websites onto a common platform. Our Parish Website is almost ready to go live. Over the next week, if you visit the parish website: www.stpatrickstoronto.ca you will notice it looks different, and includes a lot of information from the Archdiocese as well as from our parish.
Of note, there is an Event Section for Upcoming Parish Events, as well as a Sign Up section where you can receive information based on your interest as well as receive the Parish Bulletin online. We encourage you to Sign up to receive email blasts, blog posts from the parish, the Parish Bulletin and information for events based on your interest.
Mass Intentions will no longer be posted in a separate section, but will be available to be viewed in the Current Bulletin Section.

Join us on Saturday January 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM for the celebration of Mass, Blessing of Statues and Children. Lunch to follow in the Parish Hall and the Novena Prayer for Infant Jesus of Prague. Archdiocese of Toronto Celebrates 175th Anniversary
December 17, 2016 marked the 175th anniversary of the Archdiocese of Toronto, kicking off a year-long celebration of this historic milestone. Originally part of the Diocese of Kingston, on December 17, 1841, Pope Gregory XVI formally created the Diocese of Toronto and named Michael Power its first bishop. The Archdiocese of Toronto is planning numerous historical and spiritual activities to commemorate the 175th anniversary, including a large-scale celebration at St. Michael’s Cathedral Basilica on May 30, 2017.
